Event Activations

I believe the in-person experience is the most valuable connection you can make with your consumer. I love managing community activations, from weekend-long trade shows to athlete panels to low-key group fitness activities.

WHOOP sponsorship for the overall Speed Project and Take The Bridge team. Worked with TSP founder Nils Arend to infuse WHOOP branding into the TSP live streams and live updates, and post-race media. Seeded all TSP solo runners to wear WHOOP and post their recovery, strain, and sleep data on social media. Secondly, sponsored team Take The Bridge and created content for social channels documenting the TSP experience and how the runners used WHOOP.

Traveled to Australia to work with local press and media and activate with local trainers and fitness influencers for the WHOOP 3.0 launch. Hosted event with Australian media personality and trainer Steve Willis and 30+ influencers to educate them on the product and use in real-time.

Led a “Recovery and Mindset” panel at the 2021 New York City Marathon. I created marketing assets needed for invites, social campaigns with panelists, and led the conversation. The event included a 30-minute discussion with Olympian Colleen Quiqley followed by a sound bath at Motiv gym in SoHo.

In 2022 I led multiple activations for COROS during NYC Marathon weekend, including meet & greets with athletes at the expo, shakeout runs, and product testing.

As the most historic marathon in the world, the Boston Marathon is the place to be for running brands. I led numerous activations with pro athletes, including shakeout runs, a book signing with Des Linden, live podcasts, and onsite sales at events.

Managed a 3-year title sponsorship contract for COROS for the LA Marathon. Deliverables included digital marketing, onsite marketing, expo activation, and branded experiences.

In 2023, I traveled to Chamonix, France for UTMB, the most iconic series of trail races in the world. I hosted panels with sponsored COROS athletes, coordinated photoshoots, and managed content on owned channels to generate digital brand awareness.
